To qualify as a licensed retail establishment you must obtain a liquor license issued by the state of Illinois, and local municipality In order for alcohol to be “drawn, poured, mixed, or otherwise serviced for consumption on its premises.” (I am assuming this comes from the IGB)
To qualify as a licensed fraternal organization the location must be a place where a qualified fraternal organization that derives its charter from a national fraternal organization regularly meets.
To qualify as a licensed veteran’s establishment the location must be a place where a qualified veteran’s organization that derives its charter from a national veteran’s organization regularly meets.
To qualify as a licensed truck stop establishment the following requirements must be met.
